Refund policy

Our return policy within 14 days states that, after receiving an item, you have 14 days to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, it must not have been worn or used, it must have all tags, and it must be contained in its original packaging. Also, you will need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damage and problems

Inspect the order upon receipt and contact us immediately in case of defects or damage or if you received the wrong item. This way, we can assess the problem and ensure it is resolved.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of promotional items, gift vouchers, or items that have undergone significant price changes.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the received item and, once the return has been accepted, purchase the new item separately.

14-day reflection period for the European Union

Despite the above statement, if the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without having to provide any justification. Refunds

As soon as we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you to inform you whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will receive the refund automatically through the original payment method within 10 working days.
